Please keep in mind that the Mask is a handmade, wearable work of art, it’s not meant for every day use. Please store in a dry and cool place, over time some shedding of spikes is normal! We even send you extra spikes and a guide on how to affix them back to the mask. If your mask gets sweaty make sure to hang it to dry before putting it away.
If you get back to us within 3 days of your purchase arriving and it’s significantly damaged email a photo, let us know what happened and once we approve the exchange, mail it back, we will exchange it and send you a new one within 3 business days of the returned item being received.
Returns of the jewelry and other merch are allowed, just send it back to us in the packaging it came in and your money will be returned within the week.
